About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in the assigned territory, including the Greater Saginaw, Bay City, and surrounding areas of Michigan. The role focuses on stocking and displaying products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned. The position requires using a personal vehicle to travel between stores; the employee does not transport products, which are delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with an app is provided to clock in and out and track mileage for reimbursement. This full-time role is scheduled for five shifts per week, starting at 7:00 a.m. and continuing until work is finished. Weekends are required, and overtime may be needed. The successful candidate is self-motivated, customer-service-oriented, comfortable working independently and interacting with others, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The work is active and involves repeated lifting, pushing, and pulling of product cases.

Requirements

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to repeatedly push and pull up to 100 lbs.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and in coolers at retail accounts.
Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts.
Cover routes as assigned when required.
