About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in an assigned territory. The role involves stocking and displaying products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover routes as assigned. They use their personal vehicle to travel among stores but do not transport products, which are delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with a programmed app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

This is a full-time position with a 7:00 a.m. start time, working until tasks are finished, for five scheduled shifts per week. Overtime may be required. The work is active and involves repeatedly lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases. The role suits a self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer service-minded person who can work independently and enjoys interacting with others in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts in the assigned territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts.
• Cover routes as assigned when required.
• Travel between stores in the territory using a personal vehicle.
• Clock in and out for scheduled shifts and track mileage using the company-issued phone app.
