About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in the Greater Pikeville, Kentucky area and surrounding territory. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover routes as assigned. Employees use their personal vehicles to travel between stores, but do not transport products; products are delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time role with five scheduled shifts per week, starting at 5 a.m. and continuing until the work is finished. Weekend work is required, with days off during the week, and overtime may be needed. The job involves frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of product. Starting pay is $17.39 per hour, increasing to $18.34 per hour in the quarter after the employee’s six-month anniversary. Benefits are subject to eligibility.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
Valid driver’s license.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
Self-motivated and customer service-oriented, with the ability to work independently and interact with people.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, active environment.

Responsibilities

Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and in coolers at retail accounts.
Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts.
