About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in the Greater Des Moines, Iowa area. The role involves stocking and displaying products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts within an assigned territory. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover routes as assigned. They use their personal vehicle to travel between stores but do not transport products, which are delivered to the stores in advance. A company-issued phone with an app is provided to clock in and out and track mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time position with shifts starting at 6:00 a.m. and continuing until work is finished, five scheduled shifts per week. Weekend work is required, with days off during the week, and overtime may be needed. The work is active and involves repeatedly lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-service oriented, comfortable working independently while interacting with others, and attentive to detail.

Requirements

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to repeatedly push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
