About The Position

The Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores within an assigned territory, including Greater Vincennes, Washington, Jasper, and surrounding areas. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts. Merchandisers report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover assigned routes. They use a personal vehicle to travel between stores; products are delivered to stores in advance and are not transported by the merchandiser. A company-issued phone with an app is provided to clock in and out and track mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time role with five scheduled shifts per week, starting at 5 a.m. and continuing until work is finished. Weekend work is required, with days off during the week, and overtime may be needed. The position suits a self-motivated, customer service-oriented person who can work independently, interact with others, and take pride in detailed work. Most of the shift involves physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases.

Requirements

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to repeatedly push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Valid driver's license.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
Self-motivation and a customer service-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and interact with people at work.
Attention to detail and pride in work.
