Mental Health Therapist
About The Position
Innovo Detox, a 52-bed inpatient treatment facility providing evidence-based care for people with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or both, is seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced Mental Health Therapist. Its dual-diagnosis program emphasizes compassionate care, clinical experience, and a multidisciplinary approach to long-term recovery. The facility's mission is to help individuals learn to live a positive, sober lifestyle and make changes that support successful, independent living. The therapist manages a caseload of 9–12 clients, completes clinical assessments and documentation, and provides individual and group therapy daily. The role also participates in multidisciplinary care. This is a full-time position scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary is $62,500–$72,000 per year, negotiable based on licensure.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania clinical licensure or certification: LSW, LCSW, LAPC, or LPC.
- Master's degree in a clinical discipline that includes a clinical practicum, such as social work, counseling, helping services, or psychology.
- Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and crisis-intervention skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in a mental health or co-occurring inpatient or residential setting is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans for a caseload of 9–12 clients.
- Complete individual and group therapy notes and other clinical documentation.
- Provide individual and group therapy daily.
- Participate in a multidisciplinary team to maintain excellent client care and treatment.
