About The Position
Daybreak Health is hiring a California-licensed therapist to provide remote individual teletherapy to youth and young adults ages 11–24, adults ages 18–60, or both. The role offers a flexible schedule with no minimum office hours and client referrals and initial-session scheduling handled by Daybreak. Therapists set their availability and must provide at least five sessions per week, with no maximum caseload. Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.
Requirements
- Hold an active California LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license.
- Have experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults.
- Have comfort with and prior experience in telehealth.
- Demonstrate a passion for mental health care and a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice.
- Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients across age groups.
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients with mild-to-moderate mental health needs.
- Offer psychoeducation to parents and caregivers when working with younger clients.
