About The Position

This full-time remote position is for an independently licensed therapist providing therapy to clients through telehealth. The therapist works directly with clients, manages scheduled appointments, and is responsible for the clinical work associated with each case. The role calls for an organized professional who can work independently and make sound decisions when client needs change.

Requirements

• Active independent license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently in a remote setting.
• A relevant master’s degree.
• Experience providing independent therapy with a caring, empathetic approach.
• Skill in building relationships with clients in virtual settings.
• Comfort using telehealth technology and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled therapy sessions through a secure virtual platform.
• Complete new-client intakes and gather relevant background information.
• Guide therapy based on concerns discussed during sessions.
• Keep case notes and required records current.
• Recognize when another provider or service should be involved.
• Respond appropriately to risk or safety concerns.
• Take part in case consultation and required training.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
