Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMHC,LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in a clinical practice setting. Providers may work in person at one of the listed Massachusetts locations and may have a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff for credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work. The role is available full-time or part-time, with weekday outpatient work and schedule autonomy. Compensation is productivity-based, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
Requirements
- Licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to clients.
- Provide telehealth services from a home office as part of a hybrid schedule, where applicable.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Perform clinical and administrative functions associated with maintaining a successful practice.
