About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. The role is available full-time or part-time and may follow a hybrid schedule, including telehealth from a home office, or other arrangements supported by complete schedule autonomy. The position is based in one of the listed Massachusetts locations and is described as outpatient weekday work. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an electronic medical records (EMR) system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The organization also performs essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work. Compensation is productivity-based, with stated annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
Requirements
- Hold one of the listed professional credentials: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Conduct clinical work in person and/or through telehealth, including telehealth from a home office when working a hybrid schedule.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Provide or receive supervision, as applicable to licensure and role.
