Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMHC,LMFT)
About The Position
The practice is hiring full-time and part-time therapists for outpatient work. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office, with complete schedule autonomy. The role is weekday-based and compensation is productivity-based, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, and APA-approved continuing education. Support staff handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection, while the practice performs essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health therapy.
- Provide or receive clinical supervision, as applicable.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Focus on clinical work with support from staff handling credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection.
