Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMHC,LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults. The practice offers in-person care at its clinics and telehealth, with providers potentially working a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office. The role is available full-time or part-time, with weekday outpatient work and complete schedule autonomy. LifeStance provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, and APA-approved continuing education. Support staff assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, payment collection, and essential clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work. Compensation is productivity-based, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
