About The Position

This full-time, remote telehealth role is open to independently licensed LMHCs, LMFTs, and LICSWs. The therapist works directly with clients, manages scheduled appointments, and is responsible for the clinical work connected to each case. The role calls for an organized professional who can work independently and make sound decisions when a client's needs change. Candidates should have a relevant master's degree and experience providing independent therapy, with a caring, empathetic approach and the ability to build relationships with clients virtually. They should be comfortable using telehealth technology and platforms.

Requirements

• Hold an active independent license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Have a relevant master's degree.
• Have experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services.
• Have experience providing independent therapy.
• Demonstrate strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Be able to manage cases independently in a remote setting.
• Have a caring, empathetic approach and be skilled at building relationships with clients in virtual settings.
• Be comfortable using telehealth technology and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled therapy sessions through a secure virtual platform.
• Complete new-client intakes and gather relevant background information.
• Guide therapy based on the concerns discussed during sessions.
• Keep case notes and required records current.
• Recognize when another provider or service should be involved.
• Respond appropriately to risk or safety concerns.
• Take part in case consultation and required training.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
