About The Position

Geode Health is recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider—a Psychiatric PA or PMHNP—in the greater Raleigh, North Carolina market. The provider delivers outpatient psychiatric care, which may include initial mental health evaluations, individualized treatment planning, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate to each patient’s needs. Providers use evidence-based, measurement-based care to track patient outcomes and inform care plans. The role is part of an integrated team, partnering with psychiatrists and mental health therapists to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy. Geode provides support with building the provider’s caseload, as well as administrative, marketing, and operational assistance. The schedule is hybrid.
