About The Position

Geode Health is recruiting a Psychiatric PA or PMHNP to provide outpatient psychiatric care in the greater Austin market. The provider may conduct initial mental health evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, manage medications, and provide supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate for patients’ needs. Providers use evidence-based, measurement-based care to track outcomes and inform care plans. The role is part of an integrated care team, coordinating medication management and psychotherapy with a psychiatrist and mental health therapist. The position offers a hybrid schedule; most providers work three days per week onsite and two days per week providing telehealth, with a possible four-day work week. More in-person work may be expected initially while building a patient caseload. Geode provides after-hours urgent support, administrative and operational support, and assistance filling the provider’s caseload.
