About The Position
Stretch Zone is hiring a motivated, confident, results-driven sales professional to help guests discover practitioner-assisted stretching and achieve their health and wellness goals. The role focuses on building relationships with prospective and current members, guiding guests through the membership process, and driving membership sales in a positive, relationship-focused studio environment. Stretch Zone provides in-depth training, ongoing support, and tools to help team members understand its services and communicate their value.
Requirements
- Sales experience is strongly preferred; 1–3 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Comfort initiating conversations, identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, and working toward measurable goals.
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving results.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about helping others.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented.
- Willing to learn and continuously improve.
- Available to work nights and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Educate guests on the benefits and value of practitioner-assisted stretching to drive membership sales.
- Build relationships with prospective and current members and guide them through the membership process.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through communication, follow-up, and consistent prospecting.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to generate appointments and new membership opportunities.
- Greet guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and address member questions and concerns.
- Support member retention through outstanding service, consistent communication, and meaningful relationships.
- Promote additional sessions and services when appropriate.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic studio environment.
- Collaborate with the team to help drive overall studio success.
