Membership Sales Team Member
About The Position
Stretch Zone is hiring a motivated, confident, results-driven Sales Associate to help guests discover practitioner-assisted stretching and achieve health and wellness goals. This sales role is part of a relationship-focused studio environment where success includes both membership sales and the quality of relationships and service provided. The team member will educate guests on the benefits of stretching, guide prospective and current members through the membership process, pursue sales goals, and provide customer service. Stretch Zone provides in-depth training, ongoing support, and tools to learn about its services. Sales experience is strongly preferred; wellness expertise is not required.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Experience initiating conversations, identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, and working toward measurable goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales by educating guests on the benefits and value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
- Build relationships with prospective and current members and guide them through the membership process.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through communication, follow-up, and prospecting.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to generate appointments and new membership opportunities.
- Greet guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and address member questions and concerns.
- Support member retention through outstanding service, consistent communication, and meaningful relationships.
- Promote additional sessions and services when appropriate.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic studio environment.
- Collaborate with the team to help drive overall studio success.
