About The Position

NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership by meeting face-to-face with small business owners in a local market. The role is suited to a self-directed, mission-driven professional who is persistent, adaptable, accountable for results, and motivated by sales. NFIB offers paid training, performance-based training pay for up to 13 weeks, an uncapped straight-commission compensation plan with bonuses, and full benefits.
