About The Position

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, provides fitness solutions that engage people on-site and online and build communities of health. The part-time Membership Representative in Burlington, Wisconsin, drives new membership sales and retention through excellent customer service, relationship building, and continued process improvement. The representative is a key point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center, providing assistance and information about membership accounts and services. The schedule is Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Fridays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and every other Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Additional shifts may be available to cover staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Adult CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 45 days of hire.
• 1–2 years of previous sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and able to communicate effectively.
• Passion for helping others improve their quality of life.
• Ability and willingness to listen to feedback and apply it.
• Flu vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to prospective and current members in person, by phone, text, and email.
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Meet sales goals and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals.
• Promote and attend facility social events.
• Represent the facility to local businesses, corporations, and community members.
• Provide a leadership presence on the floor, assist with issues, and provide coverage when the manager is unavailable.
• Conduct facility tours and help members with account changes and requests.
• Answer requests, process membership account matters, and provide information about services.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
