This position is responsible for providing excellent member service, maintaining the checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam's Club products and services, and processing member purchases. The role also involves assisting members with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and maintaining a safe shopping environment. Additionally, the Member Specialist will assist with securing company assets, completing required documentation, and executing emergency response procedures. They will also train other associates on company processes, new technology, and program rollouts, contributing to continuous learning and process improvement.
