The Member Specialist serves as a friendly, helpful representative of AAA Central Penn at the AAA Giant location in Enola. The role provides members with assistance across AAA services, including memberships, travel resources, notary services, and passport-related photos. Member Specialists help create a welcoming, organized space and engage customers in natural conversation while delivering exceptional service. The position starts at $17.65 per hour and offers a stable career opportunity with room to grow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for helping people; customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to become a Notary Public, with employer support.
• Clear communication skills in person, by phone, and online.
• Flexible, can-do attitude and interest in learning new things.
• Tech-savviness to navigate company systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with sign-ups, renewals, and AAA services.
• Issue EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets.
• Refer members to travel and insurance experts.
• Become a Notary Public.
• Take passport and international driver’s permit photos.
• Explain the benefits of AAA’s services.
• Plan road trips and book hotels and rental cars.
• Keep the work area welcoming and organized.
• Engage customers in natural conversation and provide service.
