Part-Time Customer Service Representative for AAA Camp Hill
About The Position
AAA Central Penn is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative, described in the posting as a Member Specialist, at its Camp Hill branch. The role provides personalized, face-to-face support to members, helps them use AAA benefits, and builds lasting relationships. It is a fast-paced, customer-focused position with varied daily interactions and opportunities to help members in the local community. Starting pay is $17.65 per hour. The branch is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. AAA Central Penn is an equal-opportunity employer.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to become a Notary Public in Pennsylvania within 12 months.
- Ability to pass a Pennsylvania State Police background check for PennDOT services.
- Strong communication skills when assisting customers in person, by phone, or online.
- Good listening skills and the ability to make helpful decisions.
- Ability to adapt to new situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic comfort using computers and multiple systems.

- Customer service or sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly and provide personalized customer service in a fast-paced branch environment.
- Assist with new memberships, renewals, and account updates to support membership growth and retention.
- Provide member services such as maps, TripTiks, EZPass, and retail merchandise transactions.
- Provide specialty services, including passport photos, International Driving Permits, and foreign currency.
- Become a Notary Public, with AAA covering the process and providing support.
- Complete PennDOT services, including title transfers, registration, and licensing transactions.
- Refer members to AAA Travel Advisors and Insurance Agents as appropriate.
- Promote AAA products and services by identifying opportunities to enhance the member experience.
- Maintain AAA’s service standards and ensure interactions are positive and professional.
