About The Position

The Customer Service Representative, referred to in the posting as a Member Specialist, welcomes and assists members at AAA Central Penn’s Camp Hill branch. The role supports membership and account services, processes a range of travel and branch transactions, and connects members with AAA products and agents. The employee is expected to provide professional, warm service and maintain AAA’s high service standards. The role also includes becoming a Pennsylvania Notary Public and conducting PennDOT title and license transactions after meeting applicable clearance requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Already be a Pennsylvania Notary Public or be willing to obtain the credential within 12 months.
• Ability to pass and maintain Pennsylvania State Police background clearance for PennDOT work.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, chat, and email channels.
• Active listening skills and ability to make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
• Comfort using various computer systems.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support membership sales, renewals, and account maintenance.
• Process maps, EZPass, TripTiks, merchandise sales, and similar services.
• Guide members toward travel and insurance agents.
• Become a Notary Public; the company will help with the required steps.
• Perform PennDOT title and license transactions.
• Take passport photos and handle International Driver’s Permits.
• Refer members to additional AAA services and products.
• Maintain high service standards.
• Greet and assist members professionally and warmly.
