About The Position

The Member Services Representative is a high-energy, positive team member who provides members with a welcoming, judgment-free experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals. The role includes engaging and encouraging members, helping maintain a clean club, introducing members to Black Card amenities, supporting fitness class participation, checking members in at the welcome desk, and assisting with tours, enrollment, and other club responsibilities. The schedule varies and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a passion for helping others.
Be dependable and punctual.
Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Be able to meet physical demands that may include communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
Be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
Be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.

Responsibilities

Provide positive, high-energy service and encourage members in achieving their fitness goals.
Engage and encourage members to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
Keep the club clean.
Connect new and current members with the fitness trainer and fitness classes.
Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities.
Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours and member enrollment.
Help with other club responsibilities.
