About The Position

The Member Services Representative provides members with a positive, high-energy experience and encourages them to pursue their fitness goals in a clean, judgment-free environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, engaging and encouraging members, and helping create a welcoming community at the club. The representative keeps the club clean, helps connect members with fitness classes and Black Card amenities, and assists at the welcome desk with member check-ins, greetings, and farewells. The role also supports energetic, low-pressure club tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities. The schedule varies and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a passion for helping others.
Be dependable and arrive on time.
Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
Be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch; job demands may also include climbing, handling potentially hazardous chemicals, and communicating.

Responsibilities

Provide members with a positive, high-energy experience and encourage them to achieve their fitness goals.
Engage and encourage members, delivering exceptional customer service and helping create a welcoming environment.
Keep the club clean.
Help members find and join fitness classes with a fitness trainer.
Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities.
Help check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours and member enrollment.
Assist with other club responsibilities.
Work a varying schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
