About The Position

The Member Services Representative is a high-energy, positive team member who provides members with an exceptional experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals. The role helps create a clean, judgment-free environment where members feel welcome and supported. Representatives engage and encourage members, help promote fitness classes and Black Card amenities, and contribute to a positive club experience. The schedule varies and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Passion for helping others.
Dependability and punctuality.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and engage and encourage members in their fitness journeys.
Help maintain a clean club environment.
Find new and current members to join fitness classes with a fitness trainer.
Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities.
Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours and member enrollment.
Perform other club responsibilities.
Be a passionate, positive team member and help create a fun environment.
