About The Position
The Member Services Representative is a high-energy, positive team member who provides members with an exceptional experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals in a clean, judgment-free environment. The role focuses on creating positive member interactions, maintaining club cleanliness, and supporting the club team with member services and daily operations. The position offers opportunities to grow leadership skills at United FP Partners. The schedule varies and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a passion for helping others.
- Be dependable and punctual.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
- Be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.
- Physical demands may also include communicating, climbing, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, encouraging, and consistently high-quality customer service to members.
- Engage with members and encourage them in achieving their fitness goals.
- Help ensure the club is clean.
- Find new and current members to join fitness classes with the fitness trainer.
- Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
- Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
- Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities.
