About The Position
The Member Services Representative is a high-energy, positive team member who provides members with an exceptional experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals. The role helps create a clean, judgment-free environment where members feel welcome and supported. Representatives engage members, encourage participation in fitness classes, introduce members to Black Card amenities, and assist with front-desk and other club responsibilities. The position offers opportunities for growth with United FP Partners.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a passion for helping others.
- Be dependable and punctual.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Be able to communicate, stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, and occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
- Be able to handle potentially hazardous chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, upbeat service and encourage members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Engage and encourage members to support their progress and create a positive club experience.
- Maintain a clean club environment.
- Connect new and current members with the fitness trainer and fitness classes.
- Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities.
- Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
- Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities.
