About The Position
The Member Services Representative is a high-energy, positive team member who provides members with an exceptional experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals. The role helps create a clean, judgment-free environment where members feel welcome and supported. Representatives engage members, provide customer service, introduce members to Black Card amenities, and support club operations. Schedules vary and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Passion for helping others.
- Dependable and punctual.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Able to meet physical demands that may include communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Engage and encourage members in their fitness journeys, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Help keep the club clean and maintain its judgment-free environment.
- Connect new and current members with the fitness trainer and fitness classes.
- Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
- Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
- Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities.
