About The Position

United FP Partners’ Member Services Representative provides members with a positive, high-energy experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals in a clean, judgment-free environment. The role focuses on engaging members, delivering excellent customer service, and helping create a welcoming club experience. The representative helps members at the welcome desk, conducts friendly tours, assists with enrollment and other club responsibilities, introduces members to Black Card amenities, and connects new and existing members with fitness classes. The schedule varies and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a passion for helping others.
Be dependable and punctual.
Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including communicating, standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds, climbing, balancing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

Provide members with a welcoming, high-energy experience and encourage them in achieving their fitness goals.
Engage and encourage members, delivering excellent customer service.
Help maintain a clean club environment.
Find new and current members to join the fitness trainer in fitness classes.
Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities.
Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities.
Work a varying schedule that may include any hours of operation, weekends, and holidays.
