About The Position

The Member Services Representative is a high-energy, positive team member who provides members with an exceptional experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals. The role helps create a clean, judgment-free environment where members feel welcome and supported. Representatives engage and encourage members, introduce them to club amenities, and help connect them with fitness classes and trainers. They also support the welcome desk, assist with tours and enrollment, and take on other club responsibilities. Schedules vary and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Passion for helping others.
Dependability and punctuality.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.

Responsibilities

Provide positive, engaging customer service and encourage members in achieving their fitness goals.
Help maintain a clean, judgment-free club environment.
Find new and current members interested in joining fitness classes with a fitness trainer.
Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities.
Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours and member enrollment.
Support other club responsibilities and contribute positively to the team.
