About The Position

The Member Services Representative is a high-energy, positive team member who provides members with an exceptional experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals. The role helps create a clean, judgment-free environment where members feel welcome and supported. Representatives engage and encourage members, help promote fitness classes and Black Card amenities, and contribute to a positive club experience. Duties also include welcoming and checking in members, conducting energetic, low-pressure tours, assisting with enrollment, and supporting other club responsibilities. The schedule varies and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a passion for helping others.
• Be dependable and punctual.
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with a positive experience and encourage them to achieve their fitness goals.
• Engage and encourage members to succeed on their fitness journey and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep the club clean.
• Find new and current members to join fitness classes.
• Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
• Check members in at the welcome desk and greet them on arrival and departure.
• Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours and member enrollment.
• Support other club responsibilities.
