CLUB - Overnight Member Services Rep
About The Position
The Member Services Representative is a high-energy, positive team member who provides club members with an exceptional experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals. The role helps create a clean, judgment-free environment where members feel welcome and supported. Representatives engage and encourage members, introduce them to club amenities, and help connect them with fitness classes. The role includes working at the welcome desk to check members in and greet them as they arrive and leave, giving friendly, non-high-pressure tours, assisting with member enrollment, and supporting other club responsibilities. Schedules vary and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a passion for helping others.
- Be dependable and on time.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
- Be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, and crouch.
- Be able to communicate, climb, and handle potentially hazardous chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Provide members with a welcoming, positive experience and encourage them in achieving their fitness goals.
- Engage and encourage members throughout their fitness journey.
- Help keep the club clean.
- Find new and current members to join fitness trainer-led classes.
- Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
- Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
- Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours and member enrollment.
- Support other club responsibilities.
