About The Position

The Member Services Representative provides members with a positive, high-energy experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals in a clean, judgment-free environment. The role involves engaging with members, delivering excellent customer service, and helping create a welcoming club atmosphere. The representative checks members in at the welcome desk, greets members on arrival and departure, assists with tours and enrollment, and introduces members to Black Card amenities. They also encourage members to join fitness classes with a trainer and help with other club responsibilities. The schedule varies and may include any hours of operation, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a passion for helping others.
Be dependable and punctual.
Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Be able to perform physical activities that may include communicating, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
Be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
Be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch.

Find new and current members to join fitness classes with the fitness trainer.
Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
Assist with tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities.
