About The Position

The Member Services Representative is a high-energy, positive team member who provides members with an exceptional experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals. The role helps create a clean, judgment-free environment where members feel welcome and supported. Representatives deliver attentive customer service, engage and encourage members, and help create a positive club experience. The position supports the welcome desk, member check-in, greetings and farewells, club tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities. It also involves connecting current and prospective members with fitness classes and introducing members to Black Card amenities. The schedule may vary and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a passion for helping others.
Be dependable and on time.
Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including communicating, standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, and handling potentially hazardous chemicals.
Be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide a positive, high-energy member experience and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals.
Engage and encourage members while delivering attentive customer service.
Keep the club clean.
Find new and current members to join the fitness trainer in fitness classes.
Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities.
Help at the welcome desk by checking in members and providing greetings and farewells.
Assist with tours, member enrollment, and other club responsibilities.
