CLUB - Overnight Member Services Rep
About The Position
The Member Services Representative provides members with a positive, high-energy experience and encourages them to pursue their fitness goals in a clean, judgment-free environment. The role focuses on engaging and supporting members, delivering excellent customer service, and helping create a welcoming club atmosphere. The representative helps members check in at the welcome desk, offers greetings and farewells, gives tours, assists with member enrollment, introduces members to Black Card amenities, and helps connect new and current members with fitness classes. The role also includes maintaining club cleanliness and supporting other club responsibilities. Schedules vary and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Passion for helping others.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including occasionally lifting, pushing, or pulling at least 50 pounds and standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, or crouching.
