About The Position

United FP Partners is seeking a self-motivated, energetic Member Services Representative to help create a welcoming, judgment-free fitness environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, encouraging members in their fitness goals, and helping the club maintain a clean and positive atmosphere. The representative also supports membership growth, introduces members to Black Card amenities, and assists with daily club operations. Schedules vary and may include any hours of operation, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Passion for helping others.
Dependability and punctuality.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling at least 50 pounds; standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, or crouching.
Ability to communicate and handle potentially hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

Deliver consistently exceptional customer service and engage and encourage members in their fitness journeys.
Help maintain a clean club environment.
Identify prospective and current members for fitness classes with the fitness trainer.
Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities.
Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
Assist with energetic, low-pressure tours and member enrollment.
Support other club responsibilities and contribute positively to the team.
