About The Position

One World Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Member Services Representative (MSR) to create and maintain a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere for members, prospective members, and guests. The position provides an opportunity to develop customer service, sales, organizational, and leadership skills, with potential for career growth and promotion from within.

The MSR handles front-desk operations, supports membership sign-ups and account updates, answers questions, conducts tours, and promotes memberships and tanning products. The role also includes assigned cleaning duties and helping members use the PF Mobile App. The posting lists compensation of $17.40 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers.
• Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and use appropriate behavior and language.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Help maintain and enforce the Judgement Free Zone.
• Be courteous and welcoming in interactions.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Handle front-desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and signing up new members.
• Help members download the PF Mobile App.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when needed.
• Complete assigned cleaning areas.
• Promote sales of tanning lotions and memberships.
• Build connections with the community.
