Member Services Rep
About The Position
United FP Partners is seeking a high-energy, positive Member Services Representative to create an exceptional experience for members and encourage them to achieve their fitness goals. The representative helps make the club feel welcoming and family-like, maintains a clean, judgment-free environment, and engages members throughout their fitness journey. The position includes helping members discover fitness classes and Black Card amenities, assisting at the welcome desk, giving tours, supporting member enrollment, and taking on other club responsibilities. The schedule varies and may include any hours of operation, including weekends and holidays. United FP offers competitive salaries, a PF Black Card membership, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a passion for helping others.
- Be dependable and on time.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds.
- Be able to perform physical activities including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and crouching.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional member experience and encourage members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Engage with and encourage members throughout their fitness journey.
- Keep the club clean and maintain a judgment-free environment.
- Find new and current members to join the fitness trainer in fitness classes.
- Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
- Check members in at the welcome desk and provide greetings and farewells.
- Assist with energetic, non-high-pressure tours and member enrollment.
- Assist with other club responsibilities.
