About The Position

Planet Fitness is hiring a part-time Overnight Member Services Representative for its Corona Grand Oaks location. The representative creates a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. The role includes front desk and account support, responding to questions and concerns, and helping maintain a neat and clean club. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability.

• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, giving tours to prospective members, and signing up new members while calculating rates and monthly payments.
• Assist the Club Manager with counting the drawer as needed.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner and escalate issues to the Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the club's neatness and cleanliness, including completing assigned tasks within the first hour of the shift, priority cleaning, periodic walk-around and bathroom checks, and special cleaning projects.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities based on club needs.
