About The Position
The Powhatan YMCA is seeking part-time, personable Member Services Associates to provide quality service to members and prospective members in a fast-paced environment. The pay range is $13–$15 per hour. The YMCA of Greater Richmond is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment and to the ongoing professional development of its staff. Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones.
- Greet members.
- Process memberships.
- Complete program registrations.
- Provide quality service to members and prospective members.
