Member Service Teller
About The Position
Summit Credit Union is seeking a passionate, people-first Member Service Teller for its Walker's Point branch. The teller will be the friendly face of the branch and help create a positive member experience by handling financial transactions, understanding member needs, connecting members with appropriate teammates, and educating them about products and services. The role supports smooth branch operations through careful, timely work. The position involves a dynamic, member-facing environment and requires Saturday hours. The work takes place in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Requirements
- At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Basic math skills.
- Attention to accuracy and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
