Responsibilities

• Accurately process transactions while maintaining proper security and exercising good judgment.
• Open and close member accounts.
• Provide outstanding service, resolve problems, and engage in needs-based selling.
• Create a positive member experience through confidence and enthusiasm.
• Build and retain member relationships through quality service.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
