About The Position

The Member Experience Associate (MEA) delivers outstanding service and value to AAA Members through genuine care, personal service, and by meeting their needs and expectations across multiple branch locations. The position combines Member service with individual sales accountability and requires adaptability, active listening, and the ability to learn and adjust quickly to multiple product lines, services, and systems. Although the role supports overall branch success, MEAs are measured as individual contributors. This is a full-time, on-site role working at the Blue Diamond Branch, with work at other branch locations as needed. The MEA handles customer interactions and product sales across areas that may include Member Experience, Member Services, Concierge, DMV/MVD, Auto Travel, Insurance Services, and Smart Home Security. Depending on branch needs, responsibilities may cover all seven fundamental skills as well as growth skills. The associate uses consultative sales techniques to identify Member needs, recommend relevant solutions, close sales, promote the value of AAA Membership, and meet individual sales goals. The role also involves applying standard operating procedures, maintaining compliance, adapting to different branch teams and systems, and supporting efficient operations. The position requires a professional and friendly customer-service approach, strong sales and communication skills, technical adaptability, product knowledge, and operational accountability. The associate must be willing to travel between locations regularly and be flexible in covering shifts, including Saturdays. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, walking, and lifting up to 15 pounds; the work involves extensive computer use.
