The Member Engagement & Hospitality Manager brings the athletic club to life by creating engaging events, memorable experiences, and strong connections that help members feel part of the community. The role develops experiences such as themed dinners, cocktail tastings, social gatherings, and family-friendly events. It also leads the front-of-house team and oversees the club’s bar and beverage program, keeping it fresh, exciting, and welcoming. The position offers opportunities to create club experiences without the late-night hours typical of a traditional restaurant or bar.
