•$115,000 - $160,000•Remote

About The Position

Clover Care Services (CCS), including its In-Home Care and Clover Care Visit programs, delivers proactive care to members at home and through telehealth. The Member Engagement Manager will develop and improve engagement strategies that help eligible members discover these services, take the first step toward a visit, and stay informed throughout their care experience. The role combines creative communication with clinical responsibility, connecting audience needs and care-model details to effective messages, channels, and campaigns. The manager will create communications across audiences and formats, including member and caregiver materials, physician communications, mailers, emails, texts, call scripts, web content, and short videos. They will use approved AI tools to explore concepts, create variations, develop assets, and accelerate iteration while owning the accuracy, voice, and quality of final work. The role partners with clinical, legal, compliance, and care-delivery teams to develop materials within applicable constraints and coordinate outreach with the teams able to support resulting demand. The manager will own work from brief through launch, identify friction in the path from awareness to completed visit, and test messages, channels, and calls to action. Campaign performance and feedback from members, caregivers, clinicians, and outreach teams will inform ongoing improvements to response, scheduling, completed visits, and understanding. The role is expected to establish a recognizable voice and a repeatable engagement process that supports the practice’s growth. Clover describes itself as a mission-driven company reinventing health insurance by combining data, custom software, analytics, and human empathy to help clinical staff provide personalized care. The position is remote-first. A reasonable estimated base salary range is $115,000–$160,000 USD; final pay depends on factors including internal equity, market data, education, work experience, and certifications.
