About The Position

Humana is seeking accomplished Medicare Field Sales Agents for its MarketPoint Career Channel Team. This field-based role requires living in the designated local territory and serving the surrounding community. The agent works as part of a collaborative team of 8–12 sales agents, under the guidance of a Senior Manager and Regional Director, to deliver strong service, differentiate Humana through personalized experiences, and grow the company’s local presence. The role focuses on educating individuals about Humana Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings, including Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage. Agents make face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits, while generating sales, meeting performance goals, and building community relationships. Company-issued iPads and digital platforms are used for consultations, enrollments, documentation, CRM updates, and follow-up. During the licensing program, Humana pays for insurance training and licensing fees and provides virtual and in-market training. The training program includes a base salary and monthly guarantee. The first five weeks of employment and attendance are mandatory. The position is described as remote, with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings; however, it is also field-based and requires residence in the designated local territory. Meetings with members may take place at varying times, including nights and weekends, so schedule flexibility is essential.
