About The Position

The Medical Support Specialist provides safe, efficient, patient-centered clinical support at Limitless Male Medical. The role helps ensure a seamless patient experience through accurate clinical work, compassionate communication, and collaboration with the care team. Team members are expected to be flexible, adaptable, and ready to support clinic operations and patient needs within the scope of their role, training, and licensure. The position supports patients throughout their visit, including clinical care, communication, documentation, and clinic flow. It also requires a team-first approach: staff take responsibility for the full patient experience and step in to assist with clinic operations as needed. The role is PRN and is open to appropriately certified medical assistants, nurses, and paramedics.

Requirements

Relevant certification as a Certified Medical Assistant, nursing professional, or paramedic, in accordance with state requirements.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to provide compassionate and professional patient interactions.
Ability to think quickly and resolve patient concerns.
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

Assist patients to exam rooms and obtain accurate vital signs.
Perform treatments and administer medications as directed by the Provider.
Assist with procedures, including lab work and specialty treatment.
Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and scheduling as needed to maintain clinic flow.
Support front-office or administrative tasks when clinic demand requires.
Build rapport with patients and provide reassurance during interactions.
Communicate clearly about procedures and next steps, and provide high-level education about treatment processes, expectations, and the care journey within scope.
Support patient understanding, respond appropriately to follow-up questions, and engage patients about their experience to support continuity of care.
Ensure charting and documentation are accurate and timely.
Follow protocols for medication administration and lab processing, and comply with clinical standards and safety practices.
Support efficient patient flow and minimize wait times.
Collaborate with Providers, PRCs, and PEMs to deliver seamless care.
Assist with clinic readiness, stocking, and organization.
Step in to support other roles and cross-functional tasks within the scope of training and licensure.
Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment and maintain a positive, patient-first mindset.
Take responsibility for patient interactions and clinical tasks, communicating clearly and professionally.
