About The Position
We are a busy and compassionate pediatric therapy practice offering OT, PT, ST and ABA services for children ages 0-21yrs. Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients and staff. We are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator to help keep our front office running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a team player attitude
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
- Handle patient check-in/check-out, insurance verifications, and basic billing tasks
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and paper records
- Assist therapists and management with administrative needs
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office and waiting area
- Handle email communications and supply ordering
