About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations. The role involves maintaining a friendly, professional attitude, offering a "white glove" experience, and guiding new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities include collecting drug screen samples, maintaining financial records, coordinating with medical and clinical staff, providing clerical and logistical support, and overseeing patient accounts and financial responsibilities. Crossroads Treatment Centers is dedicated to treating patients with opioid use disorder through evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and has clinics across multiple states.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred
Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
Lived Addiction experience is a plus
